OK, this is my first war in Israel. My first war ever, actually.
It's been just about a week.
The siren whipped me out of bed, cottonheaded, three times in the past 10 hours.
The booms followed, faithfully.
My kids are used to it.
My nerves are shot.
I am getting into the sleep-all-day pattern of depression.
My shrink is unavailable because of the war.
I just want to stay in bed, with my family safe at home, and my dog next to me.
That's it for today.

With the help of Gd.
