What a long, tiring week it's been. (with lots of good sprinkled on top)

There have been so many great connections with the children this week that Robert has been gone. I love that they feel free to rely on me, after all we've all been through. Being pulled in four different directions at once is challenging, though, without that extra person around to give some lovin', too.

That being said, this week has been hard on my pain areas. It is a proven fact that more more sleep=less pain. I am not getting enough sleep for me. Maybe for others it'd be fine. But wow, my thigh joint has been just so painful. The mesh area of my belly is also very sore.

I am raising the dose of the methadone, slowly, until I start to feel pain relief from it. 'Staying the course' with the [high] dosage of Lyrica I have at the moment. For the time being, I don't feel anything at all; not side effects (great), and not pain relief. The doc (Z) said not to expect pain relief at this dose. It'll be raised incrementally this week, then I'll see him next week to see how it's going.

\ (I narcolepticly fell asleep there....)

iI am clearly way too tired to be trying to write something coherent. My days are long and so incredibly busy. There is never time to stop.

I know now that I don't have chronic fatigue.
I just have plain old fatigue.
There is *no way* at all if I had true chronic fatigue that I could've done all the stuff that I do in a day.

The stuff I do... with pain in every step and every bend.

g;nite Looking forward to Robert coming home tomorrow.

  1. Hugs to you, Sarah. I'm running, running, running all the time too. But I don't have to do it with constant pain. Welcome home to Robert!

  2. refua shlaima and wishing you a healthy summer and vacation with your kiddies. just wondering if yoga in the pool (which is given by a woman instructor in beit shemesh) would be of any help.I know its an hr. ride but if you want more info. I'll pass it along. rochel.

  3. Rochel-- that does sound interesting. I do a teeny bit of that when I am in the pool, but it'd be neat to take a class in it to learn some helpful stretches that I can take home and continue on my own. Could you give me info on that pool? Just a phone #, or info, like if someone can pay as a one-time thing. It's an interesting proposition. And it'd be nice to meet you there, if you are around. :-) LMK. Thanks!

  4. just saw your comment. will get back with info. shavua tov. rochel.

  5. rivka matluk gives lessons in water for yoga, 02-9911-033. english speaker.. you can ask her if she will accept on a one time basis. hatzlocha, rochel.
