Sick.

On a few days, off a few days, on a few days, then off again.

I am now *off*.

I got so sick yesterday- the day before Rosh Hashana. I threw up all day. Couldn't even keep down water.

Today I am dizzy, low fever, and in bed. I did eat & drink a bit this morning, and so far no nausea, thank Gd.

Tonight is Rosh Hashana, and we are hosting guests. Thank Gd Robert cooks, and he's doing a bit of the food I will eat, but it'd be better if I could make some of my food myself. Oh, well, everything will be fine. Nobody will go hungry, thank Gd. He's actually not doing so well himself, still fighting off a week-long virus. He's exhausted, poor guy. Just needs some *rest*.

The kids are helping a bit, but there is only so much they can do.

OK, that is it for me looking at the computer. I gotta lie down.

I want to give everyone a big blessing to have a wonderful new year, filled with HEALTH, loving-kindness, and togetherness. A year that we are able to grow closer to Hashem, and infuses His holiness in everything we do. A tall blessing, but we can aim high.

love to all of you who read and are with me here!

  3. Shana tova to all of you. Despite the setbacks and all your challenges you are doing amazing things. Take it slow and accept the ups and downs. The trend is up, for sure. And with four kids it's not easy putting health first. You may need to give up some things so you can heal better and faster. Something to think about. But I'm amazed at you and the things you are accomplishing. Shana tova and much health and happiness to all of you.
With lots of love, Hadassah and Yosh.
